Native Hyde Park

I booked a one bedroom apartment and stayed from June 1 to 6. I did online check a day before and was assigned a room on 4th floor. But when we arrived, we were changed to ground floor with broken dirty sofa, and broken TV cabinet. The room was located at the back of the building with windows facing an enclosed yard which I could see clearly what the other guests were doing in their rooms. I asked for room change and asked why I was moved to the ground floor. The reception said there was no other room available and had no idea why I couldn't get what I was assigned. Also not all staffs were helpful and friendly. Very disappointing experience.

Great location, very near to Paddington tube and train station. Great selection of restaurants nearby. Close to Hyde Park as well.

106 room toilet not functioning rush schedule, no time to change room pls fix the equipment for next visitors  cloth hanger not big enough  only works for three trousers  location is great no doubt  near the paddington underground station

The room wasn’t bad actually but the drainage of the basis should have been fixed as it somehow was clogged. Water wasn’t drained off as quickly as it should be. The washing machine was a gem. There wasn’t any A/C conditioning in the room, but the weather in London in early June didn’t make it necessary.

It is a truly convenient location, just 5mins walk from paddington station. It is good for travellers who take trains across different parts of England. The room is generally well-maintained, except it was slightly slanted. Also, wish there was a coffee table so we did not have to use our luggage to hold our snacks while watching the telly!

The location is good. staff is nice and helpful.

Very clean, friendly reception, Spacious rooms.  Within walking distance - 20 minutes - to Oxford Street.  Would stay again
