The room was as advertised, stylish and compact, we didn’t have a window room but we were staying only one night the room we were in had like a light box, which was great as it mirrored like a natural light, seeing as you don’t really get rooms that you can open windows in London. I asked for extra pillows and the concierge was quick to handle my request, she brought it up within ten minutes. What was really great is tea and coffee was unlimited but downstairs in the lounge which I think is really smart because you get to see the entire parts of the hotel.

We’ve just come back from a stay at the hub by Premier Inn in Soho and felt compelled to write a review—which I don’t often do, but the experience truly deserved it. The location couldn’t be better. You step outside and you’re right in the middle of everything—perfect for a theatre trip, dinner with friends, or just soaking up the buzz of the city. The room itself was compact but cleverly laid out, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet given the location. What really made the difference, though, was the staff—particularly Humaira. She was genuinely warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, striking that perfect balance of friendly without ever being over the top. She made us feel welcome and at ease from the moment we arrived, and we could see that same energy throughout the team. There’s clearly pride in what they do, and it shows. I’m not one for fluff or frills, but I do notice when things are done right—and this place gets it right. Thank you to Humaira and the lovely hub team. You made our stay effortless and enjoyable.

Really impressed with this hotel. It’s right in the centre of Soho yet the rooms are quiet, the staff friendly and the breakfast is great. What more did you want? I would definitely use this as my go to London hotel. Check in before 3pm isn’t possible but that’s fine if you’re aware.
