The room, while not large, was very clean, and amenities were replaced every 2-3 days. The bathroom fan was quite noisy, so I had to turn off the overhead light in the toilet. It was fully equipped with a washing machine, cutlery, cooking pots, dish soap, a microwave, and a refrigerator – everything you'd need for a longer stay. The heating was excellent, making it very suitable for winter. The elevators were quite slow, including the two at the back of the building, so I'd recommend requesting a lower floor (but avoid the basement). It's also very close to South Kensington tube station.

This is the best place I've stayed in London. The facilities are incredibly complete: washing machine, fridge, toaster, microwave, induction hob, kettle, and all the pots, pans, and cutlery you could need. There's even a sofa bed in the living room. A supermarket is right nearby, and a Chanel store is just a few hundred meters across from the hotel. Plus, it's within walking distance of Harrods and Hyde Park.

Room was good and was decent sized. Bathroom was old and needs refurbishing. It was quite dated. Location is about 10 mins walk from South Kensington station.

Pros: very good location, 10 minutes walk from the museums nearby. The room is clean with a separate, small but fully functional kitchen.
Cons: no aircon! Lifts are small and very slow. Corridors are very long, not suitable for those claustrophobic

The serviced apartment is in a great location, 8-9 minutes walk from South Kendington tube station and 1 minute walk from Sainsbury's Local supermarket. One issue we had this time is that the water running from the kitchen sink is muddy and yellowish.
