Very comfortable, calm, classic professional English 5* Tucked away off Haymarket 5 mins walk to Green Park Tube. Excellent breakfast.

完完全全滿意！！！前台有中文服務，且服務人員很熱情，酒店附近就是綠園的公園和地鐵站，安全性也很好，又方便又漂亮，房間雖小，但能理解畢竟是老倫敦的那種房子，很有復古的風格，五臟俱全，智能馬桶也很方便，睡起來很舒服，下次來倫敦玩還要住這裏。

倫敦之行最滿意的酒店，鬧中取靜，每個服務人員都相當的熱情周到，而且有中文服務，那位來自香港的小哥哥介紹的非常的清楚。房間雖然不大，但設計很合理，這次是帶小朋友來鍛鍊的,有什麼問題都儘可能的讓她去溝通，每一個服務人員都給予了很大的幫助，行李員主動熱情，前台也會關心是否需要叫車，令她非常的喜歡倫敦這座城市。

酒店房間非常小，還好是和朋友一人訂了一間房，入住的時候付了250磅的預授權，等到退房後又付了15磅二個香蕉蛋糕的錢，回來後都十多天了還沒有收到預授權的250磅聯繫了攜程客服，酒店居然説還要扣15磅的蛋糕錢，我退房時刷的卡是刷給***，真是**。
