The location is good very close to Ravenscourt train station. But the station does not have escalator and lift. We had troublesome of getting the luggages from station to out. Back to the hotel, the room is clean, iron and ironboard is provided, the wifi is OK. What i love is the comfortable bed and bathtub. But the sink was clogged. We hate it. Since we only stay for 1 night. We didn’t have time to tell the receptionist about this.

It feels average, but it's actually OK. London is very expensive, but this is cheap. So overall, I think it's OK. If you're looking for economy, you can go there!

The hotel is clean and tidy, and it is less than 500 meters away from my examination room, so it is very convenient and quick to get up early in the morning and go to the examination, and I can get some sleep. The hotel room is small, but still very comfortable. There are not many people, it is very quiet and you can have a good rest.

It just feels like a neighborhood motel. It's so-so. The cost-effectiveness is good. It's a good place to stay if you have memories here or if you want to feel the local feel of Hammersmith or the Thames River. This is a picture of the hotel.

Staff members were so helpful during our Easter weekend stay at this hotel. Especially FOH Valerie who was very friendly and helpful during our checkins n breakfast. Also a big thank you to the Night team members Kent and Reamon for your hospitality and assistance during our stay. Would also like to mention a maintenance issue with the 3 lights on the hall way outside room 508 they were all not working and it’s very dark there during the night. Apart from that thank you for your hospitality.

Chose this hotel for our stay when I did the London Marathon. No greeting on arrival. Restaurant timings not great, especially considering the huge sporting event taking place that weekend! Couldn’t have dinner until 6pm and breakfast didn’t start until 7am. They should really have made adjustments considering the marathon was the next day. Service was very slow in the restaurant. As a vegetarian, the options are already limited. I chose the one pasta dish I could have on the menu (I needed pasta before the marathon!) only to be told there wasn’t any. So I asked for 2 x the child’s pasta instead. The chef said no!!! I cried! I was already nervous and under pressure due to the marathon the next day, this tipped me over the edge! The poor staff member saw my upset and went back to the kitchen and the chef agreed to let me have the child’s vegetable pasta. There were other issues during this meal, including, requesting a decaf cappuccino, no decaf; there were 6 of us eating, each person’s meal was delivered 10 mins apart so everyone ended up eating their meal on their own! The service was horrendously slow. It was just a disaster from start to finish. Then the next morning, marathon day, went to breakfast at the start, 7am. Had to request porridge, it took 30 minutes. Meaning I had to rush it down as I had to leave the hotel by 8am. The coffee machine wasn’t working! Not enough staff, again. In fact one of the staff was in plain clothes as they’d been drafted in, in desperation. It really was just not a good experience. Then the second evening meal and breakfast, whilst it was better by all accounts. The coffee machine still wasn’t working and the food ordered still took ages to arrive. Would not recommend this hotel and won’t be staying there again. It really spoilt our family weekend away, which should have been so special considering the big event I was a part of. Such a shame.

The good - the bed was fine and good pillows. That’s it. Tepid or no hot water. Bathroom light not working. Restaurant (two breakfasts and two dinners) was abysmal. Not enough staff - food at dinner slow and arrived peace meal, randomly and some cold. Items on menu not available. The coffee machine was broken for the two days we were there and there was no backup plan so NO COFFEE at breakfast or dinner.

The staff were extremely helpful, kind and professional. The rooms were lovely, clean and temperature controlled. Wi fi not great and limited space for parking. Larger selection of food for breakfast would have been nice but what was available was enjoyable. Nice seletion of food on the dinner menu, we have the curry and steak and ale pie both were hot, tasty and enjoyable.
