Overall not a bad stay. Warm welcome during check-in, fairly easy to check in, given the first room on the 7th floor. Slightly smaller rooms than we're used to for a Premier Inn, but we were only using it for an overnight stay before heading off to an event, so not bad. (If you're planning to use the tube, the Ravenscourt on the District Line is less than a five minute walk away). At first glance, the room was clean, no complaints there. However, the room could do with some aesthetic updates that would make me recommend it more. The room was warm and we couldn't open the windows to get some fresh air in, so we closed the blackout curtains and that generally took the heat out to make our sleep comfortable. The paint was peeling by the windows, and the lighting in the bathroom could do with checking over. Didn't get to use the shower, so can't comment on it/water pressure. Wifi was generally speedier than other Premier Inn's we've stayed in.
