The location is good very close to Ravenscourt train station. But the station does not have escalator and lift. We had troublesome of getting the luggages from station to out. Back to the hotel, the room is clean, iron and ironboard is provided, the wifi is OK. What i love is the comfortable bed and bathtub. But the sink was clogged. We hate it. Since we only stay for 1 night. We didn’t have time to tell the receptionist about this.

It feels average, but it's actually OK. London is very expensive, but this is cheap. So overall, I think it's OK. If you're looking for economy, you can go there!

The hotel is clean and tidy, and it is less than 500 meters away from my examination room, so it is very convenient and quick to get up early in the morning and go to the examination, and I can get some sleep. The hotel room is small, but still very comfortable. There are not many people, it is very quiet and you can have a good rest.

It just feels like a neighborhood motel. It's so-so. The cost-effectiveness is good. It's a good place to stay if you have memories here or if you want to feel the local feel of Hammersmith or the Thames River. This is a picture of the hotel.

Overall not a bad stay. Warm welcome during check-in, fairly easy to check in, given the first room on the 7th floor. Slightly smaller rooms than we're used to for a Premier Inn, but we were only using it for an overnight stay before heading off to an event, so not bad. (If you're planning to use the tube, the Ravenscourt on the District Line is less than a five minute walk away). At first glance, the room was clean, no complaints there. However, the room could do with some aesthetic updates that would make me recommend it more. The room was warm and we couldn't open the windows to get some fresh air in, so we closed the blackout curtains and that generally took the heat out to make our sleep comfortable. The paint was peeling by the windows, and the lighting in the bathroom could do with checking over. Didn't get to use the shower, so can't comment on it/water pressure. Wifi was generally speedier than other Premier Inn's we've stayed in.

Perhaps one of the best premier inn stays that i have ever experienced, firstly i arrived late on the Saturday night and had seen that when i had asked for food, they was not sure what to do unless it was quick and easy. All i suggested was just wanted some chips, they were extremely happy to oblige. Upon returning from leaving my bags in the room. I had sat down, had my food as well as included drink then made way back up to the twelfth floor. Which i was not expecting, however. I really enjoyed the view. The next morning, I came down for breakfast of which the staff on in the morning I found really pleasurable as well as my hotel neighbour that I met that morning Doctor Who's Susan Twist (now that was a welcome surprise but the service itself was incredible. Valerie, the lady on reception really looked after me even when i banged my head later in the little cubby hole where my bags were stored. It's probably been one of my most comfiest night stays, more pleasurable and all round smiles just made it for me. If i am ever around this way again for a longer stay, this premier inn would be my first choice again and i could not thank the stuff enough for the hospitality.

Tv didn’t work, lift was ropey and the sink didn’t drain. Staff were friendly enough but it wasn’t worth the amount we paid. View was nice, car parking was handy as well but was expensive with no discount for paying over the odds for staying. Overall a bit disappointing

I recently stayed at this HamersmithPremier inn and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Although my room was a bit dated, it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a great selection of tasty options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!
