Very helpful & professional staffs. Perfect location near tube & shops. Room extremely clean and fresh. Soundproof. Ideal place for good rest and sleep at very good price. Good value and choice.

Other then elevator not working which made us handle heavy luggage up and the stairs. Everything was good, rooms are modern designed. Staff is good.

The layout of the room is reasonable. The area is not big, but it is acceptable for a travel city like London. The location is very good, very close to Earls Court Station. Turn right for 100 meters and then turn right for 200 meters to reach the hotel. You need to understand that such a hotel is a street shop building.
