First time to London. This hotel is very near airport and exchange subway station. Nearby convenience store and drug shops along the streets. Opposite many eateries. Great location.

A great little hotel for business or personal travel. Rooms were clean and nice, in general very small but nothing that wasn’t expected based on the description of the room. Recommend to stay here. Only downside was wifi kept dropping on and off

We spent just over a week here in the first week of May and loved every minute. The hotel was clean, quiet and exactly what we needed. Would stay here again without hesitation, the staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Perfect location, has great breakfast, and close to the tube.

This is my second stay in the hotel after almost 5 years. State for four nights on the ground floor room every thing worked well if we had a problem the reception is just a step away again the chief receptionist has a very good job and the rest of them are very helpful the lounge upstairs gives you tea coffee and hot chocolate and nice to sitoverlooking the garden. The great thing is in the summer be overlooked a little garden plus you can open the windows. Tube just around the corner Rooms are sparkling clean

Clean, nice and quiet. The staff was wery kind. Easy to go to central London. The only minus for us was the early breakfast time, 9 o'clock is the latest you can come in weekdays. Everything else is fine!

Lovely hotel in lovely area We had room 403 at the front of the hotel. The room was very clean an fantastic bathroom and shower. Bed was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Would recommend this hotel and it was good value for money. Close to Earl’s Court Underground made our commute to Royal Albert Hall easy Would stay here again

The hotel is in a fairly central location, 200 meters from Earl's Court station, connected to both the blue and yellow and green lines. I would avoid taking breakfast as we did, since it costs 9 pounds per person; nearby there is everything you need to have breakfast. The rooms are small, but there is everything. Unfortunately the carpet does not guarantee maximum cleanliness, but for a short stay of 2/3 days it is more than fine.
