The families apartment is very spacious. It allows you to cook. Nearby with Kensington Park. Walkable distance to many attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful

The stay was very good, and the staff and management were amazing. Underground tube and many restaurants are nearby. Many tourists places are also nearby, so overall complete package for travellers. Aged facilities from the carpet to the lift, but the last straw was dusty bedsheets and pillows. I couldn’t sleep well but it was too late by the time we checked in. When we asked to change the sheets the next morning, it was only done after repeated reminders.
I liked the rather convenient location with several cafes and stores just outside the hotel but the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired.

The room that they assigned me to has very strong cooking smell. They explained to me that it is due to the restaurants below the room that caused it. They managed to change our room to the other side of the building and all is good thereafter.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from subway station. Cleanliness is fair.
No daily room keeping services.
There is laundry room at the basement but you have to pay extra charges.
