Wonderful gem. They have a mildew issue on one end of the hotel. They switched my room promptly. And the service was excellent. Beautiful appointment in the room. They do add 15 pounds service charge daily to your bill (optional). A bit weird to not tell people upfront. Because the staff was nice and space very pleasant I paid it. Better to build it in to the price? Or tell one upfront. Would highly recommend and visit again.

Wonderful small hotel with very helpful staff. The garden located on the backs of the hotel is an oasis. Convenient to hop on bus service and just minutes from the British Museum.

The hotel’s best asset is Megan, who checked us in and subsequently arranged a change of room for us, as well as addressing a couple of issues we raised. She was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. All the staff were really attentive but Megan stood out.
