Unbelievable location right next to High street Kensington and convenience of local stores. The rate is very modest for London in this locality. Facilities were good and service was excellent. Hard to ask any more from this hotel in this price point

The room facilities were a bit dated, and the curtains didn't close properly, but the cleanliness was acceptable. It's located near Kensington High Street, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, making it a worry-free place to explore and shop. The view from the window was pleasant, but being on the railway side, it could get quite noisy. The room windows don't open, but thankfully there's air conditioning, which was a big plus.

It's very close to the underground, and the breakfast was good. We were traveling with a child, and they kindly provided a cot. For a hotel on Kensington High Street, the value for money is outstanding.

The location of this hotel is acceptable, but the service is extremely poor. I opted for and paid for the breakfast when booking the hotel, yet the front desk staff told me I had to pay extra for it again during check-in. Only after I showed them my booking confirmation did they give me the breakfast vouchers. Then, on the morning of the second day, the service staff directed me to the bar counter; there were clearly available table seats, but they just brushed me off perfunctorily.
The hotel environment is also mediocre, and the service staff are quite discriminatory. They are extremely enthusiastic toward white guests but indifferent to people of other ethnicities. What’s more, I had a complimentary drink voucher that was valid from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. I arrived at exactly 7 p.m. and waited there, only to be told that it was two minutes past the deadline and the voucher could no longer be honored. Such an attitude is disappointing.
