Great hotel to stay for 1, 2 nights. Kensington Gardens is just around the corner and there are lots or restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by.
Breakfast was very busy, there were not that many staff and they were understandably stressed so that was not a very pleasant experience. Breakfast buffet was ok, but there wasn't much to choose from.

This hotel is located nearby the Bayswater underground station and is very convenient.
The staff is very friendly and willing to help if need their help.
The hotel is old but well manage everything is in good shape except the elevator a bit slow
The Room is clean and equipt with all the necessary stuff although the room I stay in is just a tiny small room.

The reception at the hotel front desk was very enthusiastic. As soon as you entered the door, you could know which guest you were booked for. It was quite surprising. The check-in procedure was completed very quickly. The hotel is still as clean as it was 5 years ago. Although the room is a bit small, the check-in experience is okay! The breakfast is still the same as before. It is amazing that the hotel can keep the breakfast variety unchanged for 5 years! But it can guarantee to provide you with enough nutrition for the day! The hotel is 5-8 minutes walk from the Bayswater subway entrance. There are many supermarkets around, and there are also several Chinese restaurants. Life is very convenient. I will stay here again in the future.
