I had an issue with my booking.. so I booked for two nights then I wanted to cancel one night so my booking will be for only one night, unfortunately they refused and also you guys haven't support with this since my booking was refundable and before my check in by 24 hours I raised the request to modify the dates and no one helped me!!

Poor service.. lack of respect for the customer.. entering the room without permission while the Do Not Disturb sign is on.. poor cleanliness

Nice hotel. I stayed here a night for an Awards night.
Hotel is clean with friendly staff.
The room I stayed in was a double bed room and it was spacious enough with everything in reach from the bed.
Only caution is the halls leading to the rooms can be a maze...lol. but they were smart with the signs so you can't get lost

The superb location and just next to Marble Arch Station. Less than 5 mins walk to Oxford road for shopping. Excellent service from concierge team.
