It’s a hotel worth staying. The breakfast is nice. The room is warm and cozy, also I get bath tower and a blue blanket, which is my favorite. The front desk man is police and talkative. I like the decoration there. The hotel is a bit old but with good maintains, good choice for those who enjoy traditional British architectures.

Very kind staffs and clean. Location is good. We can go to some famous places by walking. Everything was good. Wifi was also good. But a little disappointed with breakfast.

The Hotel was nice just that the room were on the smaller side and even though there were two sets of windows you could still hear people on the streets outside. The walls are very thin as you can hear the conversation in another room. However the atmosphere was roomy and the amenities provided like iron, iron board and hairdryer seems to be in new condition. I could have done with the room given a proper clean as it felt like not much effort was put into it

Friendly staff
Continental breakfast was just about adequate for our needs
My son has a peanut allergy and the lady in the breakfast room didn’t really understand and couldn’t provide an allergy list so we had to ask her to bring the cereal boxes to read and we didn’t trust to let him eat much else there
The room was small but enough for our requirements
Double bed was shared by me and my 7 year old and it was a bit of a squeeze
The room was very stuffy, the air con didn’t seem to work
It was a good value for money stay, but I’d pay a bit more for slightly better next time
Short walk to the Imperial War museum well worth a visit !
