Not the biggest room, but clean and tidy. Location just 5mins from Whitechapel tube. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient for where we needed to be in the east end.

A disappointing stay . Was simply hoping for a clean room and a decent shower - nothing fancy - got neither! Grubby surfaces in the room and no hot water for the duration of the stay . Whats app comms rather than a human on the desk this morning so I suspect they duck regular issues

Great little hotel in a good location close to the tube. Saffie and the other guy on the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The only issue my end was i left a plug in the room34, in the TV socket. About 3 mile walk to Trafalgar Square. Ended up having to walk back after the marathon as the public transport was overwhelmed!

The Hotel was very clean, well located, with very attentive staff such as Aylin. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an affordable, nice, hotel that is a short tube stop to both the Excel Centre and City Centre. We recently exhibited at the Excel Centre and staying at the Whitechapel helped optimise our experience.
