The room facilities were excellent overall. The only minor drawback was the à la carte breakfast, priced at £35 per person. It was quite ordinary, so you might find better options outside. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, very close to the Underground, and Big Ben is also within easy walking distance.

The room was quite noisy in the middle of the night. Even though the disturbance only lasted for a few seconds, it was enough to wake me up and prevent me from falling back asleep. Some of the facilities feel a bit dated. Overall, it was just an okay experience. However, the service was very good, and everyone was polite and courteous.

The service from the male front desk staff lacked warmth.

The room was quite clean and well-equipped, with a hairdryer and a flat iron in addition to the basic amenities. The only downside was the poor soundproofing of the door; if you woke up late in the morning, you could hear other guests opening and closing their doors in the hallway, which was quite noisy. The hotel restaurant was quite good. Housekeeping was also excellent.

The room was very tasteful, with an old-money feel. The bedding and toiletries were excellent, the space was large, and the snack bar had a wide variety of options. Breakfast was an à la carte English breakfast, the coffee beans were very fragrant, and overall the experience was very good.

The rooms are small, the facilities are basic, and the breakfast is poor. It's not good value for money.

🏨NoMad London 📍 The hotel is located in the heart of Covent Garden on Bow Street, formerly a police station where Oscar Wilde was once detained, haha ​​[cute emoji]. It's just a few minutes' walk from theaters, restaurants, shopping, Chinatown, the subway, and buses [thumbs up emoji]. The hotel lobby is upscale and elegant, and the rooms are distinctly London style. Having stayed in so many London hotels, what's important to me is having a private shower instead of standing in the bathtub. The most plus is the exquisite and comprehensive minibar, perfect for starting a wonderful day. The hotel restaurant is a case of beautiful food but not very tasty. It's a hidden gem hotel that I would choose to stay here again, but I would definitely not eat at.
