The room facilities were excellent overall. The only minor drawback was the à la carte breakfast, priced at £35 per person. It was quite ordinary, so you might find better options outside. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, very close to the Underground, and Big Ben is also within easy walking distance.

The room was quite noisy in the middle of the night. Even though the disturbance only lasted for a few seconds, it was enough to wake me up and prevent me from falling back asleep. Some of the facilities feel a bit dated. Overall, it was just an okay experience. However, the service was very good, and everyone was polite and courteous.

The service from the male front desk staff lacked warmth.

I like this hotel, it's very stylish, the old house is decorated in a modern retro style, it's great

The price/performance ratio is good in London, and the surrounding facilities are complete
