When I arrived in London, I had not received the check-in details from the hotel. I contacted the hotel more than ten times before I received the email at 6:30 pm on the day of check-in. Thank you trip.com for helping me follow up. The other room was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. The two of us could only slowly move the two large luggages up to the 3rd floor without any help from the heavens or the earth. I'm lucky I didn't fall down the stairs. The hotel has no air conditioning. There was no one to store my luggage during checkout. After several complaints to the hotel customer service, the cleaners helped me move my luggage down from the third floor. Of course the cleaners are also very difficult.
