A very basic room but does the job for a night or two. The rooms are up many flights of stairs with no lifts so important for anyone with mobility issues. No air con but a window that opens and a fairly quiet street. Would really help if staff opened the windows & left blinds down on hot sunny days so the room isn't hot when guests check in.
Reasons to book:

- 24/7 desk; doesn't matter what time you check in/out
- Clean and well presented
- Nice bedding
Not so good points:
- VERY noisy electric showers; sounds like room next to you is using an industrial vacuum
- Needs a bit of renovation; leaking shower head & large portions of grout missing from tiled floor in en suite

Our stay in the hotel was very good. The staff was very kind and available. The room although quite small, was cosy and comfortable for us and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our long weekend in London and we were pleased that the hotel location was close to three different underground stops and close to the west end and central london and amenities. We definitely recommend the Caring hotel and will consider it for our future trips to London.
