The environment is cleaner than I thought, and it's about a 12-minute walk from the train station. If you don't have a high budget, this is a good choice.

The hotel is well located with the tube nearby. The hotel itself needs updating. It’s well worn in areas. A good lick of paint will make the difference. The staff there were excellent on our stay. There was only 2 on covering every area which isn’t acceptable. Hats off to them though they did an excellent job . The rest is standard premier inn hotels. Value not bad.

Lovely little hotel in Kensington! Staff were so friendly and accommodating as well- nothing was too much! Breakfast was hot and tasty in the morning as well- the staff in breakfast were absolutely amazing! I would deffo recommend, and the location is just perfect.

I enjoyed breakfast, the bed, and the bathroom, as everything was comfortable. However, the sound of people walking (or talking) from the next room and the wooden stairs were too noisy, disturbing my sleep. Hopefully, the management can maintain this (probably by providing soundproofing) for the next visit.

The hotel is in a good neighborhood, close to the tube. The room was clean and quite large, but the windows cannot be opened, so you can smell dampness. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The staff was very nice and helpfull. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would stay again.

Was a lovely stay and brilliant location but it was very noisy with in the hotel we was on bottom floor room 1 and all we heard was foot steps all night and obviously the road being really busy due to it being London which was understandable but it was an ok stay and brilliant location.

Good: Good location, good price, pleasant staff and comfortable rooms Bad: Premier Inn invite you during the booking process to pay an additional fee for early check in, from 1100. We arrived at 1140 and our room was not ready. We were told that the early check in is not guaranteed and subject to availability and the fact that we were able to check in just gone midday, we had checked in earlier than the normal 1500 check in time and therefore accessed the service, no refund of fee paid was offered. Their T&Cs are all geared up to encourage you to pay the extra fee but do not warn you it is not guaranteed.

Lovely reasonably priced hotel accommodation in Kensington . It doesn't look like a Premier Inn hotel as it is accommodated within the building similar to others in this area. This gives it a more upmarket feel. 'Premier Plus' room was well worth the extra cost . Convenient for restaurants and Earls Court underground.

Large room, clean and tidy, Very comfortable beds, easy to find, great breakfast fresh, good choices of pastries and cooked options great staff, friendly and helpful we arrived early and left our luggage, within easy reach of the tube station,
