The environment is cleaner than I thought, and it's about a 12-minute walk from the train station. If you don't have a high budget, this is a good choice.

The room was spacious, clean and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and view was lovely too. The breakfast was good and could special order if requested. Bar had a very selection of beverages to choose from and had happy hour, which was great for reduced prices.. Thank you

Man on reception was very miserable and unfriendly/unhelpful! Corridors stunk of cigarettes. Towels were DIRTY and STUNK. Room wasn’t cleaned properly, even when asked! Basement room. Dull and dingey with poor lighting! Never stay here again!!

Room in basement very basic ( felt more like a hostel than a hotel) with very limited WiFi. For around £180 for a night a bottle of water wouldn't have been too much to expect. There was a damp smell in the room also. We recently stayed in a Hub in Westminster which was a far better experience and half the price.

What a lovely hotel and the team are wonderful! Stayed for weekend with my friends and the team were so attentive. Bonnie and Delia checked us in and couldn’t do enough, there were very knowledgeable of the area and gave us good recommendations.

A lovely comfy clean room, really yummy breakfast with a good selection and other types of egg available to order, friendly attentive staff filled our water bottles each morning and responded to a minor issue with our room within minutes. Great location near to convenient tube lines, little supermarkets and museums

Can not recommend this hotelgroup or hotel staff are clearly very miserable in their jobs they dont smile or show friendliness in any way the breakfast is the worst ever encountered , the female staff wete very rude location is okay rooms okay ish.cleaning was okay ish we found Point A a better option .

We have stayed at this particular Premier Inn on previous occasions and found the location ideal for our requirements. Staff are always welcoming, rooms comfortable and clean. We only avail of the breakfast offer as out during the day and evening. Choice of breakfast offer is extensive.
