The room was fine. The standard Premier Inn room. The hotel itself was looking a bit tired and in need of a coat of paint in the common areas. The shower in the room had great pressure but the fixing was broken, and the overhead rain shower was leaking so that when you turned it on it sprayed water all over the room. So I had to use the hand shower which I had to hold as the holder was broken. Room was clean.
I was at a conference in the same building so the location was very convenient. It is close to Waterloo station and right next to the Thames and Westminster bridge so would be great if you were a tourist.

The advantage is that the location is very good, the restaurant is also very convenient, and most of the people staying here are British working-class people.

The hotel is excellently located on the South Bank next to the London Eye. Waterloo station is a few minutes away, with bus stops and the water taxi steps away. There are shops, including M&S foodhall and restaurants in easy reach. The hotel is welcoming and the rooms clean and adequately equipped. Breakfast is good and plentiful, although you may need to queue. We will definitely return.
