The room may be small but it has everything we need! We love that we could use an iPad to control the room settings and decide if we want the room to be cleaned. Having a king-sized bed is a plus! Although we initially found it troublesome to have the bed against the wall, upon reading the instructions to put the pillows against the window, it makes so much more sense. The location is just minutes’ walk from Victoria station, which is so convenient!
Side note: thanks for the sweet touch for our honeymoon!

Very good location. Quite spacious room. Nice breakfast but just they mischargred me which my booking should hv already with breakfast included

The hotel is equipped with amazing technology and it is a short walk away from victoria station which makes getting around London very easy. They have excellent customer service. The check in and out process is very straightforward and simple.
My only concern was that I found a lot of hairs on the bed, I was moved to 3 other rooms and the situation was the same. The housekeeping team has gone home so nothing could be done until the next day.
Despite this I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My room was exceptionally cleaned the rest of the days I was there.

I was quite impressed by the hotel. Rooms are not huge size-wise but well distributed and have everything you need for a business trip…including a very good size desk. Given the fees that I paid for the room, this is a highly recommended hotel!!

Even though this hotel has everything you would want, I probably wouldn’t book it again. It’s veeeeeery modern to almost an obnoxious level, complete with a tablet in the room to control everything. The rooms are also small and awkwardly layer out but the beds were comfortable and the staff friendly!

There are supermarket nearby and the staff is very helpful. There's self check-in and check-out, restaurant is big and good
The room is quite small but there's a lot of amenities,, table, chairs, tv, toilet, and so more.
