Love this hotel! The location is wonderful, within 5 mins walk from Waterloo station, the room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is lovely as well. From now on this is my first option for London hotel.

Pros: Location is amazing, shops everywhere and a short walk to the tourist attractions, the room was super clean, amazing air conditioner that goes as low as 17. Cons: Although we knew it would be tiny we didn't expect the size to be SO small, you have to crawl over each other and I couldn't even change in the washroom due to the limited space. This is a spot to stay either solo or with someone you feel VERY comfortable with. The street noise is also extremely loud, so if you are a light sleeper the window rooms are not for you. Getting to LHR from here aside from by cab/uber is also not convenient so keep that in mind. Great place to stay if you're just here for one night and want to be close to attractions.

Well located near Westminster Bridge and the London Eye, easy walking to main tourist areas. Room was very clean, although sofa area a little dark. Full wall windows gave a wonderful view over Waterloo Station and South London towards The Shard. Breakfast Buffet was reasonable, filling, and a good variety of breakfast choices. Altogether a reasonably good hotel.

The hotel was amazing! Spacious, modern, clean and bright! Located just a minute away from ALL the touristy things- London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster, Buckingham Palace and the Thames River. Would highly recommend and would suggest book directly with hotel.

Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was good, quieter than city centre (plus points) and surrounded by F&B and supermarkets. Very convenient. 5-7 min walk to 2 tube stations (Waterloo and Lambert North) and 2-3 min walk to bus stops. Room was clean, just that toilet had no shelf to put things. Wardrobe rung runs perpendicular to its door rather than parallel, so clothes had to be hung behind one another and it was rather troublesome to take clothes out.

We decided to spent our Easter holiday in London at Marriott Countyhall. The hotel is very charming and located in a strategic position. The staff at the reception was extremely kind and professional and assisted us for every necessity. I would like to personally thank the restaurant staff Cissa and Nayema who treated us like a family and helped us with our little boy (renamed banana boy). I would have liked more attention during the check in (for example guests should be accompanied to the room) and at the entrance of the hotel (only one guy helped us to take in the baby stroller). I hope to be back soon in London Marriott Countyhall!

We are 100% satisfied with our 5 nights stay with Cheval, the best service apartments hotel in London overlooking tower of bridge and tower of london. WE FEEL LIKE HOME. The best location in London. 2 mins walk to Tower of London 5 mins walk to tower bridge. A pier infornt of the hotel which takes us toany attractions by uber boat. The restaurant downstair is fabulous and we celebrated our son's 17th birthday. They serve best pasta. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments and were assigned 7 G very spacious room with fabulous river view.The rooms are equipped with highest facilities great amenities [ top quality shower gel lotion slipper, bath ropes 3pin plug and super super comfortable bed and pillow. ] Their kitchen is very modern equipped with dish washer, fridge and all utensils. They have very big laundry room. We booked Cheval Grand Edinburgh as well for 2 nights stay. Worth the price.

This hotel is a clean modern hotel which is well maintained. My wife and I stayed here twice, for 3 and 4 days respectively while touring the UK. The rooms were comfortable for sleeping, quiet and the air-conditioning worked well. The bathrooms were well designed and very clean. Housekeeping was fine. The major problem was that both of our rooms were very small and they had virtually no space for clothing. There was no usable drawer space and closets were tiny and had an inadequate number of hangers as well. If you are traveling for other than 1-2 days, there is no place to put anything. Living out of suitcases for 4 days or more does not add to the enjoyment of one's trip. The Breakfast is at best, just OK. There is a minimal amount of fresh fruit and while you can order off a hot breakfast menu, most things we ordered were not very good, so we stopped doing that. The Reception staff was marginally helpful. No one came to help us with our luggage. If you need a taxi or limo to take you to the airport, you are on your own. In addition, the front of the hotel is covered by bus stops so the taxi or limo has to try to find a place to pull us to load or unload. There are just a lot of annoying things about this hotel, some could be remedied, others probably not. For my next visit to London, I will not be staying here.
