The room is very big, the view is great, the service is homely, and it meets all my requirements. The location is super convenient, and Harrods is just a short walk away. I will stay here again next time.

A few points of flaws:
- The sliding door of the bathroom cannot be completely closed, leaving a gap, and cold air will flow into the bathroom when taking a shower
- The air conditioner only has a switch but no wind speed adjustment
- The breakfast is not stable, sometimes toast is served and sometimes not, and the service staff does not remember the name and room number
- It is a bit noisy at night next to the road
- There is only an alley leading to the hotel entrance, sometimes there is a traffic jam and it is not very convenient to travel
The location of the hotel is very convenient, convenient transportation, beautiful environment, complete facilities, thoughtful service, exquisite and comfortable rooms, suitable for business and sightseeing customers. A little expensive, this is London!
Real five-star hotel, super good location, and service. Every floor of the hotel uses different colors to give the guests a good experience. If you don't consider the price, you will definitely come again.
Flew in on the red eye from NYC on a Saturday morning and was absolutely exhausted having been unable to sleep very well on the plane. I had requested an early check-in but, being from the States, fully anticipated my request to be declined, leaving me to wander around for hours in a zombie-like state. To the contrary, I was greeted with a big smile by a charming young lady named Denise at the front-desk who, to my great relief, informed me that my room was all ready at the very early hour 11:30am.
I had no idea where I was booking but was pleasantly surprised by the location. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs around. Several outdoor drinking areas in Sloane Square were also very nice. The price was extremely reasonable for London and I highly recommend.
Great B&B to stay in so close to Victoria Station & in the heart of Belgravia. Very pleasant, quiet area with nice coffee shops & cafes. Staff very friendly. There is a 24 hr front desk. Continental breakfast or an a la carte cooked off site breakfast. We tried the different options & both excellent. The room was very clean, with ironing board & iron & hair dryer in cupboard. Tea, coffee & biscuits provided & bottled water in the fridge provided. The bed was very comfortable & a great size. The bathroom had all we needed but it was the only thing that reduced our rating - dated, sink & shelf above toilet cracked, taps & plug holes corroded. With new fittings it would have been perfection
The location is very convenient, I always walk to the store and walk to Harold. The hotel room is a typical not-so-large room in London, but the magnificent room I live in is almost the same.

Amazing
GGuest UserThe room environment and hygiene are excellent. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic before check-in, and I was upgraded to a suite room.
However, there were two small episodes during the check-in process. One was that the bathtub was leaking, and the maintenance worker had to come into the room to repair it while I was taking a bath, but the manager later expressed his apologies; the other was that when I checked out, I was told that there was a minibar consumption, but in the end it was found that it was the previous guest's charge that was charged to me, and then they wanted to charge me a separate service fee, which I refused. Although all my deposit was returned in the end, I couldn't accept this mistake and behavior.
Of course, the overall situation is still good, and I will still choose this hotel when I come to London next time
SSUNDANStayed for three days, the location is excellent, in the rich area of Chelsea, also near the Sloane Square subway station, and the price is reasonable when set. The kitchen is very easy to use. There is a dishwasher, and the utensils are very complete. You can get milk instant noodles, but only once. No matter how many days you live, it would be good if you can come according to the number of days
GGuest UserThe food was more variety and delicious than I expected. The room was quite comfortable. Hotel service is good. I think it is a very good hotel.
李李Great hotel, great service, located in the embassy district, very close to Harrods Hyde Park, the only downside is that breakfast service is not convenient
GGuest UserOpposite the room is the park, the view is very good
Dessert Cedric Grolet is very famous, the dessert is delicious, but it is sweet
Restaurant The Emory |ABC Kitchen Very recommended, cost-effective, delicious things, strong push avocado salad and pizza 🍕
GGuest UserThe location is perfect if you are using victori station, or going to see Wicked or Hamilton at the theatre. The address given may not be where your room is as we were directed to a property 4 or 5 doors down.
The public areas ( stairs and landing areas ) were very very hot but the room was not as warm. We just opened a couple of windows and all was OK. The room was fine for one night , kettle , toaster and microwave in place and plenty of hot water for the shower. I would stay again if I planned another overnight trip to london .
JJeaninehoZ Hotel Victoria was amazing!! The location is really so convenient. And the staff are really the best. We had nowhere to go during Christmas and were afraid that our train will be cancelled. They actually held on the room for us and they were so incredibly warm & sweet!! Especially the girl that looks like Barbie. (Margot Robbie)
Will definitely book this hotel again if I’m back in London! :)
XXIANGNote that when checking out, the card will not be pressed immediately, and there is a random charging behavior. The small bar food in the room will be charged at random. This is called charging while the time is poor. Settle without checking the bill carefully and do not print the invoices to the guests, and there is no return of money for one week after returning home. If you do n’t return in a few days, you will continue to apply by phone.
