I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by your hotel during my recent stay. As you are aware, I had booked a twin bed room at your esteemed five-star hotel in central location. However, upon arriving at the reception, I was informed that the room was not available. Instead, I was given a room with one double bed for two adult males. This was unacceptable and completely contrary to my booking request. As a guest, I expect the hotel to honor my booking and provide the room that I had reserved. Moreover, I trusted your hotel to provide top-notch service given the reputation and standard of a five-star hotel. This level of incompetency and disregard for the customer's booking request is not what I expected and is unacceptable. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the room that I stayed in as it did not meet my expectations or fulfill my booking requirements. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible. I hope that in the future, your hotel will ensure that such incidents do not occur and that all guests receive the room that they have reserved. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely,

The hotel is in an excellent location, next to the British Museum, it is very convenient to walk to Oxford Street, and there are many restaurants around. The single room is relatively small, but it is enough for one person. The hotel restaurant is good. We went to have dinner at 9:30 in the evening. The waiter kindly reminded us that the kitchen will close in 15 minutes, but we can order with confidence😃

No one bothered to offer help even when seeing that I am moving heavy luggage’s with a box that is oversized. Double charged when the room had already prepaid online via booking app. This is notwithstanding I had already provide a copy of the check in voucher that clearly stated it had been prepaid online.

The room is relatively clean! The mattress is very soft and bouncy! It's just that the room is too small, and the money spent is only 1,900 yuan less per room. The location is good. You can walk to the subway station in 5 minutes. There are many restaurants next to the subway station, including a good Lebanese restaurant. Shopping is also very convenient, there is a supermarket next to the subway. It's also quite close to Imperial College, just a 10-minute walk away.

We are guests whose handbags were stolen in hotel restaurant on June 22nd, we found that there is indeed a big problem with security, anyone can enter at will at the lobby and restaurant entrance. When the theft occurred that day, the thief entered the restaurant without registering and kept changing seats, but the hotel staff did not notice this at all, so the theft occurred. As a 4 star hotel, the security management is really disappointing. After the theft incident, because we still had to live in the house for a while, we were all worried about our safety and whether someone would suddenly break into the room. And the hotel didn't even send us any greetings, which is really disappointing. In fact, this hotel bears a lot of responsibility for this incident, but the hotel failed to provide any care, condolences, and help to customers in a timely manner. Furthermore, we found 2 belts were left in the cloakroom at hotel room and send the email to them for checking, but up to now, the hotel was not given us any reply.
