The location is less than two minutes from the tube station. Although this stay is a double room type, but the bed is not large, and it is particularly soft, as long as it is slightly turned over, it will seriously affect another person. Because I stayed for three nights, I asked the front desk manager to change the room, because the bed type that I had just lived five days ago was a more comfortable hard bed. But the manager obviously said that all the rooms were full, and the beds in all the rooms were the same in hardness. Later, when I went out later in the evening, I saw from the outside of the hotel that many rooms did not turn on the lights. No one stayed. Although I did not maintain the mentality of being able to change the house, I really could not feel the sincerity of the hotel for the service of the guests. If it wasn’t just five days before I lived, I wouldn’t find such a big difference in the quality specifications of the bed. Even more, I came back to the room the next day and found that the so-called room finishing only flattened the quilt. Great Location, Terrible Service” I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip. While the room itself was nice and the location superb, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff, particularly two individuals from the reception team(both was indian guys), were rude and unhelpful. Despite the hotel’s policy clearly stating that room service was available, I was told repeatedly to “come down” instead of receiving the assistance I needed. My team had booked an executive room, expecting a premium level of service, but the attitude and unwillingness to help made for an unpleasant experience. For a business traveler expecting professionalism, this fell well short. Would not recommend if you value good customer service.
