Room is a bit old, but everything is very clean and tidy. Breakfast is good. There’s is no airport shuttle bus, uber is around £1x from airport. Very convenient location. There was a buzzing sound in the room, engineer said it was normal. Told reception, asked if we can change another room. Arranged us to change another room, no buzzing sound anymore.

This is my second time staying here. I also stayed in London in 2019. The most important thing is the location. It is absolutely central to Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. The lobby is hard to describe. It is inconvenient to push a stroller, there are stairs, and there are no convenient facilities. When someone is around, the service is pretty good. When someone is away, I can do it myself for half a day. And drinking water is not very proactive.
