The hotel's entrance was under renovation, and the front desk had been moved to the entrance of the restaurant, which was confusing when checking in. It was already evening when I arrived, and the front desk staff seemed impatient when processing my check-in.

I've stayed at the Radisson Blu Grafton Hotel about three times, and their service has never disappointed me. As always, it has a great location, close to everywhere, especially Euston Station. For my next trip, I will definitely consider the Radisson Blu as one of my options!

Good: breakfast with fresh fruits, veg, yoghurt, boiled eggs, salami, bread, pastries and wide choices of cereals and tea. Spacious room, helpful and friendly staff. Coffee and tea in room with an electric water kettle
Bad: toilet super small. Hard to sit on the toilet bowl or turn around in the shower area. Shower area has been broken and water splashed out . Radiator frequently sounded like someone's drilling on the wall, so we stopped it and room could not be heated up
We booked for a double room but stayed in a family room, so the room is spacious but the toilet seems far much smaller than the one we saw in the photo of the double room

Originally booked to walk after lunch at the British Museum at 12:15
Then return to the hotel to renew the rent for one night
On January 9th, I was shot when I left the door at about 10:28 minutes
At the hotel door about walking less than ten steps from the clothes to shoot away
I hang around my neck with a neck almost some sections đ± can not catch up âPoor security at night dangerous
Fortunately, after having another phone with me, I found a British friend to help me
online security policeâ police asked the hotel if there was a cctv outside only inside the hotel
No hotel staff outside said noâ itâs best to return to the hotel after seeing the British Museum
Take a break to recharge and check out early feel unsafe and end up having your phone stolen and end up in this location once and then never again
I want to keep the hotel bed very comfortable
The breakfast service staff was great
Also the bathroom water is hot âhand sanitizer smells goodâ.

Great location close to Kings cross /St pancreas Station and not far from attractions, its 2 hotels in 1 that is predominantly used as a transit hotel for overseas tourist on day trips. The hotel is clean, and you need a room key card for the lift to move and also to get to the corridors of your room so security is good.
Downsides are that outside noise enters easily due to the old metal windows and rooms a very warm, it can be noisy throughout the night as people arrive and leave at all times. We had a room with an interconnecting door that the people in the other room tried to open at 1.30 am when they first arrived , they were also incredibly noisey shouting once awake which was at 5am due to sightseeing trips with the noise coming through the doors really easily, so it disrupted our stay . The breakfast was very good with a good selection of full English and continental foods, which set you up for the day ahead. Would we use this hotel again ....possibly

I had a great stay at St Giles London. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made for a great first impression. Cleanliness was also top-notch, with the room and common areas well-maintained.
However, there were a few areas for improvement. The TV in the room was quite small and not a smart TV, which limited entertainment options. Additionally, there was no refrigerator in the room, and I had to request one separately, which was a bit inconvenient.
Overall, I had a positive experience, but I would suggest improving the in-room amenities to enhance the guest experience. Adding larger smart TVs and ensuring every room has a refrigerator would make a significant difference.
Would definitely stay here again, especially for the excellent service and cleanliness!

Outstanding
GGuest UserBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a âdiscussionary charge of tipsâ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, donât be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel.
When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasnât happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied.
Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasnât even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS.
In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates.
This shouldnât have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didnât expect there would be as we were not even informed.
It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we werenât informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isnât it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.
IIanOur normal IHG Hotel was nearly fully booked therefore the price was prohibitive. We therefore took the opportunity to try for the first time the Sutton Hotel.
All the staff that we met either on the reception or restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional. The Hotel has full amenities including swimming pool, and although we did not use any, except the restaurant, everything looked excellent. Our queenâs standard room was ok but there were a few marks and stains on the carpet, plastic cups in the bathroom, no box of tissues and few plug sockets. All these things are noticed in comparison to our normal hotel at Epsom Downs. It is however true to say that this Hotel had a very good restaurant on sight which Epsom does not. Therefore there is no doubt we will certainly stay here again in the future.
GGuest UserStay was great until I found out they took money from my bank for breakfast I didnât take. I stated at check-in I didnât want breakfast as I was at work early the following day.
I called the hotel for a refund, only to be told I need to send an email to the manager and they would check the cctv to ensure I didnât attend breakfast.
性性éŁä»The location is good. The westfield shopping is nearby. There is bus stop just in front of hotel entrance. The two stations are within 5 minutes walking distance. Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy. The size of room is acceptable . There are supermarket, Macdonald, KFC, Starbucks, Subways nearby.
GGuest UserHotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located perfectly for a visit to West Field shopping complex, 5 minutes walk away. The room we booked was the lowest priced available without breakfast included. It was clean and well presented as you expect for a Hilton. Tea and coffees provided as well as a fridge. The bathroom looked tired with heavy wear around the lower door and skirting given an appearance of shabbiness. That said it was clean. Also thankfully it wasnât cold outside ( just wet ) as the heating wasnât functioning.
TTan24The location is ideal to get to T5 Heathrow Terminal using the POD transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite big and there seem to be lots of parties happening. The bar is a sports bar and you can enjoy drinks and food. The corridors are very long. The hotel furniture and interior are a bit outdated, but for a short stay it's ok.
AAnonymous UserRoom & bathroom are tiny.. just nice for the bed, not much space left for the luggage..
location is great, near Paddington station walking distance to Hyde park.
AAnonymous UserThe location is quite convenient. The room for 3 people (2 beds) is okay, not too small, and not too dirty. Shower room is a bit small but clean. There is a kitchen, microwave and sink. Overall Iâm good with this stay.
GGuest UserCheck in was okay. There is only one lift in the hotel which causes a lot of delay in getting to reception and the rooms. The underground hallways to the room and very narrow and dark and have a damp smell which is quite unpleasant or difficult to navigate as the the signage can be confusing to follow. Once you reach the rooms or âcocoonâ they are extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing with amazing moonlighting. The bed is large and there is a big mirror in the room and bathroom. Not much privacy if youâre sharing with friends as the bathroom is only separated by frosted glass. Overall an okay stay for a quick rest
AAngelI am writing to provide feedback on our recent stay at your hotel. While the location was excellent, we found that the hotel itself was in need of some improvements.
Firstly, I would like to highlight the positive aspect of our stay, which was the great location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area. This was definitely a major advantage during our visit.
However, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The rooms appeared to be in need of a deep cleansing, as there were noticeable stains on the carpets and walls. Additionally, the furniture and fixtures seemed worn out and outdated. A fresh coat of paint and new beds would greatly enhance the overall appearance and comfort of the rooms.
Furthermore, we found the lack of a welcoming lobby person to be quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or assisted by any staff members. This lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome and left a negative impression.
In conclusion, while the location of the hotel was excellent, we believe that improvements are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience. A thorough cleaning, along with updates to the rooms and furniture, would greatly improve the comfort and aesthetics of the hotel. Additionally, having a friendly and welcoming lobby person would contribute to a more positive and enjoyable stay.
P.S. positive side- I truly appreciate the staff at the hotel who made the effort to move us to a more convenient floor. Additionally, it's always a pleasant experience when the breakfast lady is friendly and accommodating.
(No elevator/lift)
(I paid too much for 3nights so I was expecting a good place to relax after 27hours of travelling with a toddler).
