Quintessence Hotel Anguilla

In November, 2024 my husband and I had the delight to stay in this wonderful tropical grand mansion. Everything is 5*****: The Lobby; The Pool Area; The Restaurant Area; The Service; The Beach, and all the smiles of the staff. When we walked in we were greeted by Merla, the General Manager, and by Simone. We were given a tour of the property, and then escorted to our room. We stayed in the Bresil Suite, and everything was over the top! We spent most of our days at the beach, which was not very crowded. Arlon took care of us all day long at the beach, and constantly refilled our water glasses. Shawn worked the bar, and was delightful! Lunch was usually served by Lisa, and we always appreciated her menu suggestions! There is a small kitchen at the beach, and a Restroom. The beach area is well staffed and very clean. Kerin was always around to provide us with whatever we desired. We had breakfast every morning in the main dining area overlooking the water, and there are many menu choices. We were usually greeted by Lisa or Tanika. Both ladies are very prideful and enjoying working at the hotel. We did eat dinner out at a few restaurants; however we ended up having most of our dinners at Julien's, as the food was so divine! The hotel is filled with antiques and beautiful artwork. We love the hotel so much, we have already booked our November, 2025 vacation, to stay there again. We can't thank Merla, and all her staff, for providing us a very restful vacation, and we look forward to visiting there for many years to come!

Quintessence Hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It is my second time staying at the hotel. From the second you get there, you are treated like family. No expense is spared at this hotel - all the finishes are top of the line. Furthermore, the food is phenomenal. The hotel is stunning and you can feel the warmth and genuineness of all the staff. The only stressful part about writing this review is that I may forget to name some people because everyone on the staff was truly exemplary. Marla and Patricia set the standard for the team. Kerin, Devon, Lala, Simonique, Tia, Jordan, Zach, Aldus, Arlan, Suni, Angelique, Simone, and Dominique all went out of their way to make my trip as enjoyable as possible. The standard is so high here and what makes this hotel stand in a league of its own is the consistency of those high standards.

Adults only policy makes this place so relaxing. Fabulous experience here on our honeymoon. Very kind and professional staff. Loved breakfast on the veranda. The beach feels private and idyllic. Spa and amenities were great. Got a couples massage that was amazing. Hope we can go back for an anniversary trip!

This hotel is truly amazing. One of the most beautiful spots in the world. Perfect view of the ocean on what feels like your own private beach. We stayed in the Penthouse which was spectacular. Worth it to ty to stay in this two bedroom suite with a giant living room and grand terrace where you look at the ocean. Felt very private. Beautiful art adorns the entire space and you feel like you are in someone's home. Pool is beautiful and boy do they keep this place immaculate. Breakfast was fresh and attentively served. Gym is small but has what you need. Location is convenient to local restaurants. Pickle ball and tennis court very well maintained. What makes this place truly one of the best and finest resorts we have ever stayed at are the people. They make you feel welcome at all times, are very attentive to your needs and go out of their way to make you feel special. While everyone was great a special shout out to Arlon, Kerin, Lisa, Kevenonique and Tenilka. We have stayed at the other much bigger hotels on the Island and while they are nice none compare to this hotel. We never wanted to leave and want to go back as soon as we can. Well done!

Quintessence is absolutely stunning!! When we arrived there was a charcuterie spread, bottle of champagne, and a beach bag waiting for us. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and the staff is so friendly! We can’t wait to come back!!

I hesitate to write this due to us falling in love with This Hotel & The Staff! Best Vacation Ever! Love the people of Anguilla & the Food, NEVER a bad or just ok meal. We think of this now as our new Home away. Ugh! I cried when leaving. Everything "WE" would want in a dream of a vacation. Fell in Love with the Property & HOW VERY SPECIAL THE STAFF IS! I hope the owner appreciates them as they are as precious as those rare pieces of Art displayed throughout the Hotel.
