All the staff in this hotel were fantastic, attentive and very welcoming. The rooms were great clean well maintained and comfortable.shower was very good too. Location good for Hampton court palace and the Hampton court concerts . Thank you for the good stay

We were visiting friends in the area and needed a two-night stay. There are not too many hotels in the area so based on TA reviews we booked the Crowne Plaza. This staff were all very welcoming especially John and Dinish.Check in was quick & easy. We booked a balcony room over-looking the Thames. The room was very quiet, and no traffic noise could be heard .The heavy curtains blocked out light well. Parking was easy and there appeared to be plenty of space. The staff knew the visit was for my wife’s birthday and left a surprise cake in the room for us both. The room was functional and the bed very comfortable. We did not have breakfast or lunch in the hotel. It was about a 25 min walk along the Thames footpath into Kingston town centre. All in all a very pleasant stay, made especially so by friendly & helpful staff.

Fab stay from start to finish, room spotless & modern, hotel spotless, staff so friendly & helpful couldn't do enough for you. Lovely dining/bar area. Breakfast amazing everthing fresh & tasty unlike some other chain hotels..well worth the money. Cant believe some of the negative reviews..especially about it being used to house asylum seekers..unless hotel been taken over recently..anyone who has anything to complain about must have too much time on their hands. Give it a try..you won't be disappointed

We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel. The staff were amazing. John in particular couldn’t have been any more accommodating, we were looked after very well! The breakfast was also very good. We look forward to staying with you again :)

I had an amazing stay here at Crowne Plaza hotel in Kingston Surrey! The rooms were amazing with all the amenities that you would need, comfortable bed and great shower too. The parking is complimentary and this is such a great touch because in many hotels the parking charges are huge. Also I would like to commend the staff throughout the hotel, especially John, who gave me late checkout for free with no issues, this was a great gesture and this alone is part of the reason I will always stay at this hotel - honestly I travel for work across the UK, and this is one of my favourite hotels. Thanks guys, I appreciate all your hospitality and great service

It's really a nice place. Cosy bar with a great delicious range of cocktails. Music was nice and also friendly staff. Specially the Barman Ram was excellent with his customers service. He made us a great cocktails which was very nice he is very skilful and friendly. They know what they are doing 👌.

John was really kind and helpful, the room was beautiful and very warm and hospitable. The rooms and toilets were clean and tidy, very much a bang for your buck.And again John was an amazing example of ideal customer service. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back again!
