A bit of a walk from the airport but there are signs to follow. The checkin was confusing (should have been a sign "click here" on the screen) the satff was helpful.
The lift didnt work in the morning, which was a problem if you are carrying luggages.

Fine for 1 night with a 2 minute check in. Food choices are not great but the room was quiet and fine for a few hours sleep before flying.

Strategically located near to Heathrow T4, easy access to both Elizabeth and Piccadilly line.
Bed was super comfy for a good night sleep.
The buffet breakfast at 13.99 per pax was porky delicious ad worth it.
Highly recommended to stay for easy access to transportation options and accessibility.

The hotel is located in Heathrow Terminal 4 which is assessable by free shuttle train / free bus. the free shuttle train takes at least 30 minutes to travel from/ to Terminal 3. Also, it operates only from around 5:45 in the morning so you need to take the free bus which takes even longer

The hotel is just a walking distance from T4 Heathrow airport, where there is a crossover bridge for you to walk from T4 departure hall. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the service of the hotel need to be uplifted especially during checking time at 3pm.

Let me start by saying ironically there is nothing premier about Premier Inn. Starting with the entrance which for someone coming by bus is inconvenient… upon entering the basement entrance, there was nobody to assist. Nobody at reception of the basement. You kind of have to figure things out. I bumped into an elderly couple that couldn’t figure out the entrance. On the plus they did like that they have a 24/7 Costa. The room was clean. However the shower has the fixed shower head, not a detachable one, so in 8 degrees all the best avoiding water on your head. Given they don’t provide shower caps either, it’s a tussle. The heater didn’t work for me… neither did the aircon option so the room didn’t have much ventilation. The walls are thin, and wood of the doors chipping away. While the staff were helpful and helped me store my luggage the next day, I found them more interested in speaking to each other than being hospitable. Would not book here again.

We always prefer Premier Inn as their business model suits us well. The bed is more than ordinary comfort and the room is very clean. As the normal check in time is 3pm, it creates an issue for us as we arrived at 6 am. Luckily they do offer a £15 early check-in at 11am so we took the offer and luckily there was room available.we found that the staff at check-in counter were very helpful and they went extra miles tried to accommodate us which had helped us a great deal after a 14 hour flight. Once we checked in our room we were immediately relaxed.
The buffet breakfast is always good standard but other meals on the menu has a great deal to improve.
The location is great, just walk straight from Terminal 4 arrival level via a walking tunnel that connects arrival hall to 4 hotels including Premier Inn.
