large & long Spider Web on the wall. window is too old that no isolation function even double glass. no heater in the room but air conditioner has to turn on the strongest hot wind to keep warm the room. No lift! The indication of hotel is very small and dim at night which is not easy seen on the road after get off the bus. Suggest to choose P. Inn at the opposite of Thistle Hotel

The location is ideal to get to T5 Heathrow Terminal using the POD transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite big and there seem to be lots of parties happening. The bar is a sports bar and you can enjoy drinks and food. The corridors are very long. The hotel furniture and interior are a bit outdated, but for a short stay it's ok.

Thistle was close to the airport and very convenient. Easy to check in to, comfortable room and bed, excellent breakfast I would recommend adding it. Staff were lovely and helpful. Second time staying and would stay again! Access to the Heathrow pods was super convenient too

Stayed here a night before a departure from Heathrow T5. The location is excellent, easy to get to by road from the M25 and plenty of parking. The hotel on the outside looked a somewhat run down affair but internally, although it was a little bit tired in places, was certainly clean and comfortable. A good choice of food in the restaurant, served up fresh to order and a nice size bar area to relax in was a bonus. Breakfast was good value and set us up well for our travels. Access to T5 is by the automatic pod service (cost £8.00) which is accessible from a collection point a few minutes walk (flat ie no steps or lifts) from the hotel, this is a 10min, extremely convenient ride straight to T5.

Location was the main selling point for me, on an overnight layover. But the room was clean, bed comfortable and shower strong and hot. Was a good experience and would stay again. Easy access to Terminal 5 via bus, pods or taxi.

Once inside very pleasant. The Pods make it super convenient for accessing T5P Room was very clean and had full coffee making facilities and nespresso pods and biscuits as well as water. Surprisingly dark and quiet even though it's next to the airport. Also easy access on foot to open country.
