在當天早上提前預訂酒店三間標間，到晚上入住才説自己看錯衹有兩間房可以提供，態度也很差，最後等到晚上十一點才辦理好入住手續，解決方案就是拿出很久沒人住的出租房。期間多次打電話諮詢，要求對方快點處理，前台工作人員直接掛斷電話，態度惡劣。
酒店外部很新，裏面裝修都是五六年前的，衞生打掃也不是很乾凈，傢俱也很舊，體驗感也不是很好，隔音也差。當晚入住衹在房間裏找到蚊香片，並沒有滅蚊裝置，被蚊子吵了一夜。
兩位前台的態度都很差，那天衹剩下一間標間，居然不知道是多少房間號，説自己業務也不熟練。

酒店大堂裝修氣派，房間垃圾，衞生得差，餐飲和住宿共用一個電梯，油膩得很，服務態度冷淡，愛理不理。也沒有電話，有要求還要跑下去前台問。不推薦！

宣傳照片和實際户型有出入，房間一大股下水道的味道。被套和被子都不是同樣的規格大小。隔音也不好，特別吵。洗漱用具更是敷衍和外面五六十塊的旅館沒什麼區別。連地巾都沒有。重複利用的拖鞋更是臭上加臭。衞生也弄得不好。

樓下來有KTV，飯店，第一晚住南邊大床房空調外機引起牆面共振聽着噁心想吐，第二晚換北邊標間以為會好點，結果樓下有飯店一直到凌晨一兩點都有人説話和收餐具的車噪音，連續兩天都沒睡好覺
