大家千萬避雷這個酒店，我本來是從2月10號訂到了3月17號，由於行程原因我需要提前離店，3月5號就退房了，後面12晚直接住不了了，客服前台直接説後面的12晚一天不給退，後面我打給了平台，平台反覆協商就説給退50%，我壓根沒有住衹是預訂，他們就説不給退，後面12晚的金額有1900多，他們就直接説那退50%，最後是我打了報警電話110他們才願意説給我退75%，扣掉25%的手續費，我反覆打了很多電話還是自己虧了幾百塊才把事情解決，平台反正就是聽商家的，商家説退多少才給退，我從離店前那晚就開始就在平台申請退款，商家就是一直拒絕，一直都沒有處理反覆推來推去的，這個店就是一個黑店簡直就是強買強賣，我是打了12315又打了110最後還是自己往裡麪貼錢才解決這個事情，是不是黑店一目瞭然，他們給的原因是因為給我免費升級了房間給的月租房的價格，所以後麪12晚的錢不能退，這個就是他們説的原因，但是我當時預訂的時候是這樣的我看了一下房間説這個房間不太行我可能住一晚後面都不住了，他們讓我別走給我升級房間，所以我才住了這麼久一次性定完了，大家可以想一下這個到底是不是黑店，警察當時在現場的照片我沒有拍照因為警察不讓拍，而且這個酒店因為我住的久也沒有經常打掃衞生都是隔一天才打掃就是為了省錢，還有他們居然問酒店借一個傘也要50按金。反正這個酒店就是誰住誰倒黴

設施：基本上都是智能化 都不用動手的説説話就好了
衞生：衞生上也是很到位的沒有任何問題 即使我們自己撒了一些水漬阿姨來送拖鞋時也隨手用毛巾擦了還説萬一滑
