"I don't know why the room we booked on Ctrip was assigned the worst location, and due to availability issues, we couldn't upgrade. This hotel said it just opened in May of this year, but I didn't think it smelled very bad. The service was okay. Parking was insufficient and poorly planned. The breakfast was pathetic. The food couldn't be served quickly enough. Everyone just stood there and watched as nothing was left. Even the pickles were opened and refilled later. The dishes couldn't be washed clean, and the guests had to do it themselves. It was a mess. Don't you know the occupancy rate the night before you open a hotel? The breakfast the next day was poorly prepared, and the noodle cook was the only one who insisted on doing it. The room was soundproofed, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the towels were relatively new. The bathroom had a foul smell from the drain, the smart toilet was okay, but the toilet paper was not good. The shower head was so thin that it hurt wherever I washed it. Please fix it. It was really a bad experience. The only good thing was the hot spring, but the rooftop was a little cold. There were quite a few underground pools, but some were broken, and the maintenance was not timely."
"In the off-season, the hotel will upgrade the room type with a bubble pool for free. The hot spring is natural and clean, and the service is good. I will continue to choose to stay in the future."
"This was the last stop on my trip, and I arrived home the next day. After a long journey, I arrived at this hotel and enjoyed a relaxing hot spring bath, which was incredibly refreshing. The owner was incredibly kind and handsome, single-handedly running a hot spring hotel with a unique atmosphere. I felt like he was a thoughtful person. He had a very personal feel. There was plenty of tea available, with free tastings. He must be someone who understands and loves tea."
"Service, service, or service, the overall hardware of the hotel meets the positioning and standards of the hotel, even if it is an inconspicuous sound is JBL, unexpected, but the service, a star is given to the little girl who went out to pick us up, the rest of the service can basically be ignored, er, There is no service left. When we arrived, it was a little more than six o'clock. The front desk was off work. The check-in procedure was to give the room card and enter the room directly. I said that the front desk was off work. Is this in line with the regulations of the hotel and the public security system? I called me before and said that the hot spring was until 6:30. Later, I learned that the front desk was in a hurry to get off work, and I could understand how much the service of calling at noon after the reservation was completed. I didn’t understand how to go to you. Is it for the hot spring? If I go late, there will be no more, right? Later, the little girl who picked us up said that we had extended the hot spring water release time, the management was chaotic, the bad reviews, the restaurant was small and expensive, the things were justified, and the overall experience was not good. Negative Ratings!"
"Room facilities:
The room is very big, basically all rooms are two queen beds!
Private hot spring pool is the biggest feature, some rooms have steaming, and mahjong rooms
Cost-effective:
If you take your children out, it is definitely a very cost-effective hotel. You can play in the hot springs. The most important thing is that the bed is big and the child sleeps comfortably for breakfast:
The variety is complete and the taste is very good wifi:
Experienced watching a movie, brushing ** is not stuck at all
Room view:
Longhua Mountain is very beautiful, especially just in autumn, it is even more beautiful.
Finally, I would like to praise the attitude of the hotel front desk and room service, especially warm, responsive, really feel at home"
"The location is very good to find, you can see it when you get off the seven toll stations and turn left for about 100 meters. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It takes 20 minutes to go to Maojingba Forest Park on the right and an hour to go to Meilin Valley on the highway. It is a good place with few people and beautiful scenery. The hotel is warmly decorated, the room is large, the bathroom is large, the public area has a large table suitable for group building, the boss service is good, responsive, the bathroom disposable toilet pad bathtub cover is fully prepared, in short, the price is better than the general hotel, and the environment is better."
"Heart-free·Heyuan seven hot spring shops, a peach where the body and mind live
Recently, I went to the seven hot spring shops in Xinzhiyong Heyuan to experience it. It is a worthwhile trip. I must praise it!
Step into the store, the quaint decoration style instantly calms people down, as if away from the world.
The sanitary condition here is also reassuring, the hot spring pool is clean and clear, and the surrounding environment is clean and orderly.
In the heart of the garden seven hot spring shops, soaked away the fatigue, harvested full of relaxation and pleasure.
The breakfast written on the platform ended at 8:30, but in fact there was no more at 8:00, which is a bad review!"
"Very good, like the room with a small yard, drying clothes is super convenient, the yard can be sunbathed, staying for 2 nights, the landlord family is very good. The house design is scientific and the hot spring water is very comfortable. The landlord’s family did not take the initiative to praise, this point has to be praised 😄"

9.2/10
Very Good
KKnufbergstravelThe Hotel is located at a busy central road. Lots of shops around and a good popular grocery store.
The staff is welcoming and helpful as it can be. 5 stars.
The room is small but okay. The bed is comfortable like most chinese beds. The bathroom is super tiny and had some plumbing problems also the grey water from the shower runs across the floor to the sink, bear in bind when you put dowm a towel for your feet.
The light in all rooms is very dark and everything in the room was laying under a urine smell caused by the aircon. That's the reason we would not stay here again.
The breakfast is great but the room is too small to fit all guests, so it gets super busy.
Plus point: you can tale your bicycle to the rooms.
MM483930****I went to the store on a business trip and felt that the room was very clean and hygienic, the service was good, and the order placed at the front desk was checked in quickly. The hardware is also very good, and the bed is moderately soft and hard.
GGuest UserThe small courtyard room is well decorated and hygienic. It is also equipped with disposable bath towels and towels. The food provided is also delicious.
GGuest UserThe bed board is relatively hard, even if the pillow is replaced with a new one, it seems that the pillow core has not been changed for a long time, the health is not bad, drive all the way, the check-in time is 2.3 in the early morning, because I want to sleep for a while, breakfast did not get up to eat, I don't know how it tastes. It seems that there is a free bath? Not sure, no time to feel.
