第1次來入住，我是看評論過來的，之前猶豫不決還是選擇了貴酒店，感覺棒棒的，走進大廳高檔大氣，走進房間簡約時尚乾淨衞生也很好，一個晚上睡得很舒服，沒有別人説的什麼草之類的，給前台小姐姐的服務點一個贊

前台服務很好，熱情友好，房間設施很好，床很舒服，隔音較好，電梯沒有卡不能刷，安全性比較高，下次還會選擇這裏

體驗感非常差，我和我老婆從廣東回來入住以後，由於比較熱，想開空調然後把空調調到18度，但是裏面卻非常的熱，一看29度，然後吹的是熱風，以為是空調壞了，然後打電話給前台，前台説吹的是自然風，想着難得出來一趟，將就一下算了，但是晚上實在是受不了，就又打電話給電台，前台回覆現在還沒到製冷的時候，製冷不了，當初我老婆就不太開心了，就説難道酒店衹有我們兩個人嗎？為嘛製冷不了？要求更換房間，退房，在我們強烈的要求下，前台説給我們反饋一下，晚點回復，然後期間我們打了兩個電話催促，回覆説已經申請了，過10分鐘後就可以製冷了，然後我們一直等，最後還是沒有製冷的效果，大晚上由於奔波也難得找前台了，然後熱乎乎的住了一晚上，體驗太差，我差評不是有啥原因，就是感覺酒店的管理系統，還有空調系統有待提高，這麼大一個酒店，難道製冷是統一開的嗎？單獨一個房間就不能製冷？你們説解決了有製冷了，為嘛後面沒有？體驗感差，而且感覺被忽悠了！差評！
