陽台很大，光線很好，站在陽台上就能看到海景，房子整體還可以吧。衹是卧室的紗門有點小，蚊子能飛進來。起初沒想到十樓會有蚊子，被咬慘了。

小區環境非常不錯，可看海。停車非常方便。電梯直達，房間非常乾淨，被褥新換的。24小時熱水，有冰箱、WiFi。做飯方便。老闆推薦周圍景點、當地好吃的飯店。步行到海邊，離各大景點都不遠。小城市安靜素雅，推薦。

觀景大陽台，一進門乾淨清爽，能做飯，洗衣，樓下小童遊樂設施完善，帶孩子的好地方，離海邊也近，走着就能到，趕海，捉螃蟹，孩子玩的不亦樂乎！房東也熱情，下次還要繼續入住！

雖然房間不大，但是該有的設施都有，非常整潔乾淨，無論從卧室客廳還是廚房都可以隨時俯瞰大海，讓人心情愉悦。而且客廳還有一張床，方便帶寶寶出行的一家三口或者是帶一個長者的四口人入住，小區的管理也很好，環境優美，離海邊很近，定外賣也方便。龍口的海很美，夜市很熱鬧，暑期帶娃來龍口是個不錯的選擇

房間位置便利，不遠處三幹米左右就是東海旅遊渡假區，那裡游泳、燒烤、超市等，人氣很旺，廣場上還有放🎆的。房東安排入住便利，衹是我們租的一室一廳，衞生間有點小，但是有洗衣機可以冼衣服，方便！屋內衹有兩個衣架，晾曬衣服不方便，可以租個兩室一廳可能更方便。

性價比很高，入住當天進門很乾凈，屋裡收拾很乾凈，我們倆大倆小入住，沒問題，陽台真是大愛，吹着海風很舒服，能看海，位置很棒，小區環境也很好，走到海邊幾分鐘，我用露營車拉着倆娃走過去很方便，屋裡鍋碗調料都有，可以自己做飯，以後再來還會選擇這

房屋位置很棒，家裡又整潔乾淨，而且開窗户就是大海，真正的海景房，樓底就是小童滑梯，離沙灘也近，孩子玩的很開心，民宿老闆發的攻略也很實用，省去不少麻煩，總的來説體驗感很強的一次
