We lived in the family room, which has kids play area and also projector for watching movie. The room is a smart room and you can use voice to control the lighting,play music, movie, close curtain etc. The front desk is very friendly and helpful, and helped us book taxi and arrange pick up for a package that we were sending to another city.

1.首先衞生方面 我覺得還可以 繼續改進吧。
2.環境方面床蠻舒服的，這個我跟我對象一致認同。1.5米的床夠兩個人睡，屋子裡整體的格局和裝修我個人不算很喜歡.偏年輕化隔音還是可以的 洗漱用品還算比較完善有卸粧水 還有身體乳 這個還是比較貼心的。
3 服務方面很親切把這個完全ok
4酒店周邊設施都很完善 挨着汽車站周邊商場也很方便 樓下也有公交車 還是很方便 離汽車站也不算遠。
最後我覺得價格和他們家的設施衞生啥的是匹配的 老闆該送的也都送了 很良心了。
忘拍沒住之前的了 大家湊合看看我臨走的時候拍的吧！！

主要是感覺房間不是很乾凈，然後我個人有非常嚴重的潔癖，可能是洗滌廠的原因，上面有洗不掉的頑固污漬，酒店工作人員耐心的幫我換了床單被套 並把我自己帶的床單被套換上了，感覺床品材質還是可以的，但是清洗程度一般 酒店還是蠻新的 有人臉識別可以不用房卡 這點還是可以 酒店門面不大但是內部寬敞 大小還是可以的 給免費升級了寬敞的房間 服務總的來説中規中矩 説不上非常熱情 但是價格也擺在這裏 也不多指望 但是我覺得可以提高一下 同價位的話比其他連鎖能強點。前台有免費的小吃 這點還算可以 衞生也就正常應有的水平 但是床品這個問題我還是要説一下這個污漬問題 但是也不能總讓人家換床品 這個也確實是個問題，離火車站都不遠還是比較方便的。總體的話入住體驗還行 總體一般 慢慢改善吧。

這家酒店離高鐵站很近，能訂到這麼方便且價格合適的酒店真的很難得。還有家庭房可以選擇，很適合多人出行，附近裏有好幾個商超，出門吃飯有很多選擇，附近的街道還有小酒館，玩的吃的都很方便。房間是人臉掃描，房間內設備也很齊全，還有智能小度，這次住房體驗真的非常棒！下次來龍口還會選擇這裏。

房間智能化，孩子比較喜歡。服務態度很好。不足之處就是衞生間反味比較嚴重，住了兩天，沒人打掃衞生，也沒有續補給。找了前台，積極在解決問題，但衞生間的反味沒有徹底解決。
