"新開的酒店，設施比較新，衞生條件也還可以，但是酒店整體不亮堂，服務態度還可以，但業務非常不熟練，也不會變通，我們下午一點到酒店，前台告知房間沒收拾好，因為酒店客房含着南山大佛的門票，所以問前台是否能夠先辦好入住把票領出來我們先去遊玩，結果前台説不可以，必須等房間好了才行，也不知道多久能收拾好，問有沒有收拾好的房間，前台説預訂的房型衹有這一間，那既然確定了就是這一間為什麼不能先辦理好入住，等房間收拾後我們玩回來直接入住呢？房費也是先付好的，也不是説我們拿了門票就跑了，房間特別冷，衹有17度，打電話問前台説可以開空調製暖，開了一個小時温度也沒有提高，又找了客房，説現在空調停了，前台他們不知道，給前台打電話説再送2瓶水，前台説説要付費……總之房間還可以，但體驗感不好，600多的房費在龍口應該能找到比較不錯的房間了，這個服務和房費不成正比，以後再來不會考慮這裏了"
