南崑山居整體佈局和設計不錯，有個小型濕地公園，許願道及攝影打卡點等。區域內道路兩邊桂花正香，環境不錯。別墅套內設計與傢俱古典風格，庭院有露天温泉池，有三間房很大，均有温泉泡池，但負一層的那間小得離譜，與其他三間反差太大，見議在乎的要考慮。服務欠周到，呼叫管家前來處理問題有點困難，尤其晚上，希望改進。還有不好的是電視不能看直播，是網絡電視，衹能看電視重播。KTV好多歌都放不了，需要付費的。
