The hotel was newly built in 2023. The staff really needed to be trained. Front desk staff were the 85%s. The staff from breakfast restaurant were like people getting food for free. They never brought smiles on their faces 😓. I’m going to give them 50%. The cleaning crew needs to be trained indeed. They never care if you were in the room but just wanted to do their jobs on their own schedule likely 2-3:00 pm. They don’t know where to store their cleaning cart but under a dripping ceiling 😅 with all guests’ towels on top. The bath towel were store under the sink on the dust next by the laundry basket.

The rooms in this hotel are really big. Each room has floor-to-ceiling windows and a great view. The laundry room is also great. The pool is fully stocked with brushes, laundry detergent, and irons. The washing machine also comes with a dryer. I have stored it for a few days. Clothes are washed here! Bags are also provided to carry clean clothes. Xiaojin and other staff at the front desk are very helpful and answer all questions. If you have the opportunity to stay at this hotel next time, I highly recommend it!

幫升級了高層房間，前台小項還指導我們遊玩攻略，非常滿意，走的時候把我親愛的iPad留在酒店了，也是小項幫忙寄回，酒店怎麼就在園區裏，非常方便，青瓷和寶劍，還會再來的，很愉快的旅遊經歷

到達那天比較晚了，直接給升了房，前台服務很好，房間也很寬敞，停車方便，酒店周邊環境很好，早晨還是比較清靜的，住在這裏到達其他景點也較為方便，五一假期這個價格性價比很高。

訂這裏之前看了很多評論，內心本來有些忐忑，實際住下來感覺還是可以的，房間很大也蠻乾淨的，有陽台很不錯，住了兩天第二天打掃過也補齊了一次性用品，床品也蠻舒服的，周圍晚上沒有很吵鬧，早餐因為七點多就去吃了，東西齊全，位置也挺空，後面就陸陸續續人多了，周圍有很多作坊手工，晚上還有擺攤，輕鬆愜意，

酒店外部景色還是不錯的，在樹林裡頭，邊上就龍泉溪，走路可以到留槎洲，很不錯。親子還是很合適，特別是春天風很清透舒適。
