The location and the room are very much run down, the. The area is hard to move around and there is little information available from the checking in place.
The kitchen is centralized and the ladies are very nice but the food is average .. needs some serious clean up

現在想想都太可怕了，入住的帳篷酒店別墅酒店晚上發生了火災，帶着家人和逃難一樣，慶幸的是晚上9點鐘發生，不敢想象是晚上睡着之後會怎麼樣。整個房間燒燬不到15分鐘。 更可恨的是，發生如此事故，除了前台另行安排了房間住宿之外沒有任何酒店人員和我們聯繫後續處理情況。不是為了配合當地警方和消防隊瞭解事故情況直至凌晨4點，我肯定會連夜逃離這個地方，誰稀罕住在這裏連我人身安全都保護不了的地方。五一長假，本來就是帶着家人休閑度假，碰到這種情況，碰到這種景區，這種服務，我會維權到底。

設計裝修水平低，體驗感極差。從室外上二樓，極不方便，更不適合年齡大的人住；電視不能看；插座接觸不良，手扶才能充電；燒水壼安放的地方沒有安裝電源；馬桶滲水易堵……向客服中心反映問題得不到及時妥善解決，提出的解決方案不切實際，不真誠。總之物非所值！！！

八面山擁有5萬畝天然草場，是亞洲最大的“桌山”我們四個人，乾脆就訂了一棟三卧室的別墅，三個房間都很寬敞舒適，有獨立衞生間，有自己的房卡，適合多人出行的家庭。辦理入住要去“八面山景區遊客諮詢服務中心”這棟玻璃房位置靠近大的停車場這邊，切記，不是“民宿服務中心”哦，不要走錯了。無論是帳篷房，星空房，懸崖房，別墅房……都是在遊客中心統一checkin的。辦理好入住後，有管家會帶你去房間，我們讓她坐上車，一路指導開往房間，別墅區門口就可以停車，還是挺方便的，就是上山過程中有商鋪在裝修，有點“交通堵塞”旅遊旺季的時候，晚上會有演出之類的，但是現在淡季，晚上也沒有什麼可逛的，幸好房間裏有自動麻將桌，可以娛樂一下哈哈。山上設施還是挺齊全的，有餐飲，有24小時營業的超市，如果來露營，還有公共浴室。山上的早晨和夜晚都很冷，自助早餐的菜和包子都冷的快，所以現煮的米線很受歡迎~吃早餐時才發現住宿的遊客挺多的。八面山適合夏天來避暑，找一個天氣好的時候來吧，可以看星空。

房間很大，衞生間比較小，有點暗。我們訂了一晚，第二天早上起來發現下雨了，下山怕不安全就想續住一晚，結果非得讓我們搬去一個較遠的地方，把原先位置較好的房間讓給他們的熟人，有些不地道。

避雷特別臭膠味進去一會頭都暈了。幸好自己有帳篷在門口搭帳篷睡的。晚上快12點鐘了附近帳篷外有四五個人一直特別大聲嚷嚷嬉笑。我們又帶着小朋友好不容易哄睡着旁邊一直吵吵嚷嚷給工作人員打電話反映也沒有任何反應。花錢買教訓吧😓

八面山上環境沒得説 很美也涼快 但還是自己帶帳篷去露營比較好！沒有為什麼 3.2分的評分説明瞭一切 基本上都是沒得選 所以自帶帳篷或者租帳篷也行！

住蒙古包，有新奇感。遺憾沒有有看到星空，就是非常想看看銀河，山上燈火輝煌，把星星的光都比下去了。建議山上晚上能不能後半夜關燈，讓想看星空的有機會看看。

八面山風景很好也很涼快 沒辦法才住的這裏 其實自己搭帳篷租帳篷會更好 所以評分不高也是有原因的 如果自己沒有辦法帶帳篷就租帳篷吧！
