Would definitely return to this wonderful hotel. It’s a short walk up the hill but well worth the stunning views from the floor ceiling glass windows in your room. Just amazing and we loved everything about it! There’s a lovely public balcony with rocking chairs, tables and chairs, eating and relaxing as well as your room.
Do ask them to collect you from the carpark as it’s quite a walk with bags to Da Zhai village.
Da Zhai is peaceful and beautiful. We did a four hour hike to another village and the views from there were amazing. so so well worth taking the cable car up to golden Budda viewpoint and spending some time up there. We spent three nights and that was perfect!

The house is located in the center of Dazhai. You need to walk through the rice fields for about 5 minutes, and the owner will come to pick you up and help you with your luggage. The room is decorated in a light luxury style. Outside the window are the layers of terraced fields. You can watch the golden wheat waves while lying on the bed. It is a beautiful sight. It is also convenient to book a car to go to the Golden Buddha Summit Observation Deck, but the road is too steep and narrow, making it difficult and dangerous to pass other cars, and private cars are not allowed to go up. The boss's bamboo tube chicken is also delicious.

The hotel is in a scenic area with great views. The rooms are clean and have a balcony where you can sit and watch the terraced fields outside.
