Lex was an absolute delight to check in with. She was very polite, positive, and informative. She is an absolute asset to Spark by Hilton. She deserves a raise!! Overall experience was 10/10 from the room to customer service. Will recommend to others!

Shelley was so helpful in our pleasant stay. Room had AC and great towels. Carpet is low pile so that’s helpful with allergies. Nice location near Sam’s. Comfortable beds. Blue paint is a bit weird. ……………………………………….,.,,,,,,,,……………………..

I been Sparks by Hilton, Longview TX and my stay has been outstanding. The facility is great and rooms are very spacious. I had an amazing stay at Spark Hotel! From the moment I arrived, Shelley at the front desk made me feel so welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The entire staff was friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Shelley, for your outstanding service!

I stayed 4 nights and the rooms are great! They are nice and clean and the beds are comfortable! Shelly is Amazing! She is very sweet to guest and she made me feel very welcomed! She is very helpful, knowledgeable and makes sure you have everything you need! The house keeping is very pleasant as well!Thank you!

The room was very clean the bed was comfortable the front desk people were extremely friendly and helpful the bagel breakfast was good the washer and dryer on the 2nd floor was always clean the pool was always clean the parking lot was well maintained over all an excellent stay

Shelley your front desk receptionist was very helpful and kind. She was very professional and had a great attitude. We had issue with the room we had smelling like wet waiter and mold and after reporting it to Shelley she was so kind and found us another room without any issues. We were so pleased with her customer service.
