房間挺寬敞的，衞生也過得去，周邊交通便利，吃飯也方便。就是下水道反味太臭了，進屋當時沒在意，吃完飯回去才感覺難以忍受，又不好意思找老闆換房，衹好把毛巾浸水蓋在地漏上才感覺好點。但總體來説性價比還是可以的。
