房間還可以吧，比較在國慶節，核心位置，早上起來看着空曠的草原，心曠神怡，有一個特別好的地方就是，我帶兩張早餐券，帶着倆孩子，我想着給大的孩子補一下餐券，服務大姐説，孩子不用補了免費，這個真的好讓人意外。所以，酒店可能不足的地方，沖這一點我全部好評。

中秋節去的，400多的大床房，打開窗户就是一堵牆。房間地面不乾淨，有頭髮。門鎖也是壞的，不能反鎖。最重要的熱水衹有十來分鐘，洗澡洗到一半沒熱水了，一問才知道用的電熱水器，衹能提供十來分鐘熱水，用完了得等着燒。定之前看攜程上評分衹有3.8分，從酒店外觀圖片上看着像個酒店，實際入住後發現其實就一民宿，攜程網友給的3.8分誠不欺我。另外關山的飯館也是無一例外的又貴又難吃，貴就罷了，畢竟景區我也認，可是既然炒了就不能炒個正常口味嗎，實在無法理解。最後，關山風景還可以吧，單就風景來説也值了。

房間位置絕佳，窗外就是草原美景，床品乾淨舒爽，一點也不潮濕，雖然標註熱水使用有時間限制，但真正用起來完全沒有障礙！總之就是一級棒！！！強烈推薦！！！圖2是窗外的景色，房間照片參照店家官宣照，一模一樣

酒店在攜程上是關山旅遊度假村，實際上叫關山大酒店，開車繞了兩個來回才找到。網上圖片看着很好，實際就是招待所水平，阿姨收拾完房間進去，可能是拖把不乾淨，滿屋瀰漫著一股騷味。衞生間的毛巾甚至都是半濕的。？。。。價格在那裡，也就這樣吧

真的顛覆我的三觀，實屬意想不到，二十年的賓館入住經歷，體驗感這麼差的幾乎沒有，甚至在上海、杭州等地200元之內賓館比這個入住條件都要好很多。
入住背景：週六晚上入住（8月24號），週六當天訂的房間，也沒多看評價，大床房價格接近900元/間，標間將近800元/間，根據價格感覺入住體驗應該差不多，定了2間大床和一個標間。到店大床房沒了，升級成套房，我説下套房感覺，標間感覺更差。
1、房間、洗浴間、衞生間腥味較大。房間衹有一桶收費飲用水。
2、浴巾、毛巾黴味難聞。
3、房間地毯凹坑不少，乾淨程度我就不説了，大家可以想象。
4、早餐很多餐盤有異物，早餐種類少我就不表達意見了。
感悟：當今時期還有這麼做生意的，換位思考，假如我是酒店老闆或者管理者，這樣的條件，放出來這樣的價格，感覺良心會受到譴責。景區也代表當地形象，感覺這樣為當地抹黑。
