服務態度真差勁，昨天下午入住的，我反應的是空調不暖和，讓打掃衞生的過去看看，我説開了三個小時不暖和，我開了最大，還是不暖和，服務員就是你退房吧，退給你錢，我説我東西那麼多，你讓我退房，這就是你們服務態度嗎？

太垃圾，就睡了十幾分鐘不能睡了，直接退房，全身癢癢起紅疹，撓破皮，花錢找罪受，保潔不洗床單被罩還是咋，還特別冷，我也是服了
