Hygiene: There is a lot of hair in the bathroom, it's really disgusting Facilities: The air conditioner was useless and didn't cool. I didn't sleep well the whole night. Environment: The hotel is hard to find. You can't find it on the ground. You have to go around to the basement. Parking is charged. The front desk didn't remind you that you need to scan the code to go out. Service: The service at the front desk is really rubbish, they can't even speak clearly. There was a man who was really hard to describe. He asked if the room could be arranged on the 2nd floor. He kept going around in circles which gave me a headache. In the end, everyone who came later was arranged on the 2nd floor. I don't know where the good reviews came from. There was a woman who was like a manager. She spoke with a gentle arrogance and was obviously unprofessional. She said in public that she would never do anything to me. The other skinny woman should also be a manager and said it was a good thing you were here or something. I was shocked by what she did. Just treat it as eating some melons, hahahaha. The breakfast was okay.

The hotel environment is OK, but it is really dirty. I called the auntie but she didn't respond. There are also many problems with the facilities. I won't come next time

We booked two nights under the same name, but the hotel blocked our card, saying we did not extend our stay. The hotel said that the orders were separate. I have never encountered this situation in all these years of booking hotels. Any normal person would know that this means living together, right? The most important thing is that it’s okay at normal times, but the child is very young and has to pee urgently, and there’s nothing he can do, so he pees all over himself. I'm so unlucky on New Year's Day.

酒店位於龍遊大南門文化街區核心位置，出去就是大南門，附近有商業街區，很多餐館可選，還有一片保護得很好的老宅子，很有藝術氛圍。酒店房間很大，設施考究，窗外景觀也好，像住在園林裏，晚上特別安靜，前台人員熱情有禮貌，早餐也不錯，退房還送了伴手禮，總之體驗很好，非常推薦！ 另外，龍遊是個寶藏小城，自然環境好，歷史人文深厚，還超有藝術feel，值得來旅遊打卡。

酒店位於大南門歷史文化街區裏面，離開歸仁門很近，沿河向南，不遠就是老鐵路景觀橋，過橋就是鐵路橋遺址公園、民居苑、龍遊博物館。到龍遊站不到5公里，到龍興北路幾家熱門小吃店約500米。鬧中取靜的環境，晚上的大南門甚是熱鬧，歷史、文化、民俗、現代風交織，體驗感很好，清晨，可以在清凈的街巷裡享受靜謐時光。酒店比較新，硬件設施很不錯，房間這比較大，乾淨整潔衞生，卧室區和洗漱區不幹擾。酒店服務也很熱情，問了好多問題都耐心細緻解答，早餐很豐富，能嚐到好幾種龍遊特色點心。去龍遊非常好的選擇。
