非常糟糕的入住體驗，對酒店的管理和服務態度深感失望。
1. 嚴重工作失誤： 我們預訂的是豪華大床房，到店後卻被錯誤地安排到了一間普通房間。國慶期間滿房，這種低級錯誤讓人難以理解。
2. 經理態度惡劣，對於酒店排房的錯誤毫無歉意： 向前台一位男大堂經理反應後，他雖同意“升級”房間，但全程態度敷衍，毫無歉意。當他敲門送房卡時，打開門之後他直接無視客人走到樓道中間和保潔阿姨説話去了，期間沒有任何示意，顧客對於他來説和空氣一樣。更令人氣憤的是，他言語中明裡暗裡地暗示我們“佔了天大便宜”，彷彿錯誤是我們造成的一樣，還特意強調“又不是故意開錯的”。
3. 動機令人懷疑： 在國慶節一房難求的晚上，發生這種“非故意”的開錯房，實在過於巧合。結合經理那副“你們該感謝我”的態度，是不是故意的，大家心裏自有判斷。
本來是酒店的全責，經過他一番“操作”，反而讓我們消費者覺得憋屈。解決問題的誠意沒看到，倒打一耙、推卸責任的本事倒是領教了。
4. 對於升級的房間，首先馬桶上有棕色污漬，大家自行想象，反正我是噁心壞了。冰箱不製冷，倒是裏面不停流水。牙膏臭臭的，根本用不了。電視機也不正對床。總之這家酒店軟硬件槽點相當之豐富。
一句話總結：本人不會再來，也不推薦，如果你想預訂這家酒店的任何一種房間，請充分做好心理準備。

國慶反向出遊，提前到了龍遊，從其他酒店換到這裏來，傳統酒店就是靠譜啊。前台服務也專業，後面幾天婚宴生意很好，附近很安靜

五一住在這個酒店游龍遊很方便，早上可以去北面江堤走走。白天去博物館，民居苑。晚上大南門。各個景點都不遠。
缺點是早餐一般，房間設施偏舊，但提前訂節假日性價比較高，吃才是龍遊的精髓。

有機會去到龍遊，在龍遊新國際飯店住了一晚。該飯店儘管從建築外觀和內部設施看，已略顯陳舊，但從接待與服務水準考量還是有值得稱道之處，例如在客人辦理入住時能及客人所想安排免費升房，在客人入住當天送上水果，當客人入住後有需求時能及時處理。這些周到細緻的工作方法使客人🈶賓至如歸的感受，同時也彌補了酒店硬件先天不足缺憾。該酒店值得再次入住。
