I have never stayed in a hotel with such a bad experience: 1. It was very cold that night. After I came back from dinner, I left my room card in the car. I found it when I walked to the door of the room. I went to the front desk to ask for another room card, but they said they didn't give me one! You can ask me for money, you can say no and I will deduct money, but not giving is really too much. You also said you can help open the door, but after you open it, how can I get electricity? I didn’t leave it in the room. In the end, I ran to the parking lot to get it from the car. It was really freezing; 2. I asked for two wine glasses. I wonder if these wine glasses were used to drink porridge. If you take a closer look, you won’t give me two glasses. In the end, I was so scared that I didn’t dare to use them. 3. The TV remote control stopped working in the middle of the night. I couldn't turn off the TV and it didn't respond no matter what I did. Finally, I opened the back cover and pressed the battery to turn it off. In a word, this Radisson brand is probably fake!

酒店生態園林景觀做的不錯，空氣清新、伴着蟬鳴入睡，但整體衹能算四星級酒店，大堂普通，餐廳較小，房間較小配置不達標，當天有婚宴餐廳吃飯要等，周邊走出去又沒吃飯地方。

酒店在龍遊山區距離市中心20多分鐘車程，靠近山區空氣就是比較好，小朋友喜歡打籃球，所以選擇這裏，室內室外場地都非常方便。就是出行叫車可能會需要等等，早餐有挺多當地特色的麪食。服務也非常熱情，短途車隨叫隨到。就是周邊的餐飲不是很多。去了步行15分鐘左右的一家披薩店，味道不錯。
