吐槽一下：剛入住後給了一張房卡結果刷不開房門，刷了N次後，趕緊用走廊的電話打給前台，結果電話不管用（呼叫前台為空號），咋整？幸好碰到一個外賣小哥下電梯，好心人給帶了個話，一會兒來了一個服務人員，用她的所謂的總卡給刷開了門，想放映一下問題，她説系統壞了，不知道她的卡系統就不壞了嗎？人家説完就回去了，讓我們下去的時候再上來時找前台開門！説到這裏，就想笑，這位服務人員竟然沒有讓前台重新給我們換一張卡的服務意識，我也是…
